以长势一致的热研7-33-97组培苗作为砧木,分别与生长一致的自身幼态芽,老态接穗(热研7-33-97、PR107、 RRIM600以及GT1)进行芽接,长至两蓬叶出圃时,对芽接成活率、株高、茎粗及砧穗夹角进行了初步比较,结果表明:幼态特性是影响芽接成活的重要因素,亲缘关系是影响芽接成活的次要因素;品种特性是影响芽接植株株高生长的首要因素,而接穗发育阶段和亲缘关系是次要因素。接穗同源性一致时,芽接植株茎粗生长与其接穗发育阶段相关;接穗发育阶段均为老态时,茎粗与亲缘关系没有相关;砧穗夹角与接穗发育阶段和亲缘关系密切相关。

Using tissue-cultured plantlets of clone CATAS 7-33-97 as the rootstock, and the clones RRIM600, PR107, GT1 and CATAS 7-33-97 as scions were budded. At the second leaf whorl budding survival rate, plant height, stem diameter and the angel between rootstocks and scions were observed. The results indicated that juvenile trait was the most important factor and genetic relationship was the second important factor for budding survival rate. Plant height of rubber sapling was preferentially affected by variety and then by developmental stage and genetic relationship of scions. When the homology of scions was consistent, stem diameter was related with developmental stage of scions. When developmental stage of scions was mature type, stem diameter bore no relation to genetic relationship. The angle between stocks and scions was highly related with developmental stage and genetic relationship of scions.
