目的：探讨他汀类药物对慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法选择2012年3月～2014年1月我院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者120例，根据患者是否使用他汀类药物分为观察组和对照组各60例，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组给予他汀类药物治疗，观察两组的临床疗效和安全性。结果观察组患者治疗后心功能较对照组明显改善，左心室射血分数（LVEF）显著高于对照组，左心室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）、左心室收缩末期内径（LVESD）显著低于对照组，观察组患者治疗后6min步行距离较对照组远，血清NT-proBNP浓度较对照组显著降低（P＜0.01）。结论他汀类药物对治疗慢性心力衰竭效果显著，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토타정류약물대만성심력쇠갈환자적림상료효화안전성。방법선택2012년3월～2014년1월아원수치적만성심력쇠갈환자120례，근거환자시부사용타정류약물분위관찰조화대조조각60례，대조조급여상규치료，관찰조급여타정류약물치료，관찰량조적림상료효화안전성。결과관찰조환자치료후심공능교대조조명현개선，좌심실사혈분수（LVEF）현저고우대조조，좌심실서장말기내경（LVEDD）、좌심실수축말기내경（LVESD）현저저우대조조，관찰조환자치료후6min보행거리교대조조원，혈청NT-proBNP농도교대조조현저강저（P＜0.01）。결론타정류약물대치료만성심력쇠갈효과현저，치득림상추엄응용。
ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical curative effect and security of statins in treatment of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 120 cases of patients with CHF,who were in our hospital from March 2012 to January 2014,were divided into observation group and control group,each of 60 cases,according to whether using statins. The control group was given routine therapy,and observation group was treated with statins.The clinical efficacy and safety of two groups were observed.ResultsAfter treatment,the cardiac function of observation group was obviously improved than the control group.LVEF of observation group was increased significantly than the control group,while the LVEDD and LVESD of observation group were decreased significantly than control group.The 6 min walking test of observation group was longer than that of control group,the serum NT-proBNP concentration of observation group was significantly reduced than that in control group(P<0.01).ConclusionThe efficacy of statins in the treatment of chronic heart failure is significant,and it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
