目的：探讨卵巢上皮性肿瘤患者血清人附睾蛋白4（HE4）水平的变化，及联合检测血清中CA125和人附睾蛋白4（HE4）对卵巢上皮性肿瘤的临床价值。方法测定我院103例卵巢上皮性癌患者、47例交界性卵巢上皮性肿瘤患者、145例卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤患者血清HE4、CA125水平，分析联合HE4和CA125检测对卵巢上皮性癌的诊断价值。结果 HE4和CA125水平在卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤、交界性卵巢上皮性肿瘤、卵巢上皮性癌中平行升高，且组间差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。联合HE4和CA125检测较单项检测提高了对卵巢癌的灵敏度、特异性和临床符合率。结论 HE4可作为卵巢肿瘤新的标志物，与CA125联合检测来提高卵巢癌的诊断率。
목적：탐토란소상피성종류환자혈청인부고단백4（HE4）수평적변화，급연합검측혈청중CA125화인부고단백4（HE4）대란소상피성종류적림상개치。방법측정아원103례란소상피성암환자、47례교계성란소상피성종류환자、145례란소량성상피성종류환자혈청HE4、CA125수평，분석연합HE4화CA125검측대란소상피성암적진단개치。결과 HE4화CA125수평재란소량성상피성종류、교계성란소상피성종류、란소상피성암중평행승고，차조간차이균유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。연합HE4화CA125검측교단항검측제고료대란소암적령민도、특이성화림상부합솔。결론 HE4가작위란소종류신적표지물，여CA125연합검측래제고란소암적진단솔。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum human epididymis secretory protein 4(HE4) in patients with epithelial ovarian neoplasm, and to study the diagnostic value of bombined HE4 and CA125 in differentiating the ovarian cancer from the benign.Methods The serum HE4 and CA125 levels in 103 patients with malignant epithelial ovarian neoplasm, 47 patients with borderline ovarian tumor and 145 patients with benign ovarian tumor were detected.Results The serum levels of HE4 and CA125 in the epithelial ovarian cancer group were significantly higher than that of borderline ovarian tumors group and benign ovarian tumors group(P<0.05). The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity accuracy of combination of HE4 and CA125 were significantly higher than that of one method.Conclusion HE4 may be considered as a new marker reflecting tumor malignant behavior. HE4 in combination with CA125 improved the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
