目的：探讨超声引导下空心针活检对乳腺肿块的诊断价值。方法选择2014年1月～2015年3月来我院进行乳腺肿块检查的患者120例，并按照患者的入院顺序将其分为观察组和对照组，每组患者各60例。观察组患者在超声引导下进行空心针穿刺活检（CNB），而对照组患者则进行针吸细胞学的检查（FNAC），并将两组患者的诊断结果与临床病理学的诊断结果进行比较。结果观察组患者的乳腺癌诊断率为93.4%，较对照组73.3%的诊断率而言有明显的提高；观察组良性乳腺肿块的特异性为96.7%，明显高于对照组80.0%的特异性；观察组并发症率为13.3%，对照组达到了48.3%，两组患者在乳腺癌、良性乳腺肿块及并发症率方面比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论超声引导下对乳腺肿块患者进行空芯针穿刺活检，手术操作简单，对患者创伤较小，安全便捷，对患者病理性质有准确的判断，为手术提供了良好的支持、指导作用。

목적：탐토초성인도하공심침활검대유선종괴적진단개치。방법선택2014년1월～2015년3월래아원진행유선종괴검사적환자120례，병안조환자적입원순서장기분위관찰조화대조조，매조환자각60례。관찰조환자재초성인도하진행공심침천자활검（CNB），이대조조환자칙진행침흡세포학적검사（FNAC），병장량조환자적진단결과여림상병이학적진단결과진행비교。결과관찰조환자적유선암진단솔위93.4%，교대조조73.3%적진단솔이언유명현적제고；관찰조량성유선종괴적특이성위96.7%，명현고우대조조80.0%적특이성；관찰조병발증솔위13.3%，대조조체도료48.3%，량조환자재유선암、량성유선종괴급병발증솔방면비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론초성인도하대유선종괴환자진행공심침천자활검，수술조작간단，대환자창상교소，안전편첩，대환자병이성질유준학적판단，위수술제공료량호적지지、지도작용。
Objective To investigate diagnostic value of the ultrasound guided core needle biopsy in patients with breast masses.Methods 120 patients who came to our hospital for examination of breast masses from January 2014 to March 2015,were selected as research subjects,who were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the order of admission,with 60 patients in each group.The patients in the observation group underwent an ultrasound guided core needle biopsy (CNB),while those in the control group were given a fine needle aspiration cytodiagnosis (FNAC),and the diagnosis results of patients in two groups were compared with clinical pathological diagnosis.Results The diagnosis rate of patients with breast cancer in the observation group was 93.4%,which was significantly improved compared with that of the patients in the control group which was 73.3%;The diagnostic specificity of benign breast lumps for the patients in the observation group was 96.7%,which was significantly higher than that of the patients in control group which was 80%;The incidence of complications of patients in the observation group was 13.3%,while that of patients in the control group reached 48.3%,the differences in diagnosis of breast cancer,benign breast tumor and incidence of complications between two groups were significant(P<0.05). ConclusionUnder the guidance of ultrasound core needle biopsy on patients with breast masses easily operates with minor trauma to patients,which is safe and convenient,with accurate judgment on pathological nature of patients,and can provide a good support and guidance for the operation.
