医学教育主要是培养为人类健康卫士的医务人员,我们要培养的医学生不仅要具有广博的医疗专业知识,还要具有良好的医患沟通能力及人文素养。然而医学人文教育在国内各医学院校开展的状况不容乐观,多数医学生对人文素养缺乏一定的认知及重视。人文素质教育是医学生成长为优秀医生过程中必不可少重要教育内容。加强医学生人文素质教育的对策有转变教育理念,提高教师人文教学水平,改善校园氛围,强化实践教学环节中的人文教育等。
