Baihe Gujin decoction%radiation pneumonitis%clinical efficacy%Meta analysis
目的:系统评价百合固金汤联合抗生素及激素治疗放射性肺炎的临床疗效。方法:计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、维普全文数据库、万方数据库、PubMed、Cochrane Library和EMbase,查找关于百合固金汤联合抗生素及激素治疗放射性肺炎的随机对照试验(RCT),检索时限均为从建库至2014年12月。根据纳入排除标准对文献进行筛选,设计资料提取表提取资料并对纳入研究的质量进行评估,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入10篇RCTs,共计640例患者。百合固金汤联合抗生素及激素治疗放射性肺炎优于抗生素及激素治疗的总体疗效[OR=6.77,95%CI(4.24,10.79),P<0.00001]。结论:现有研究显示,百合固金汤联合抗生素及激素治疗放射性肺炎疗效显著优于抗生素及激素治疗,并可更好地改善患者生活质量,提高肺功能。由于纳入RCT均为中文且质量低,但上述结论仍需开展高质量的双盲RCT进行验证。

Objective:To systematically review the clinical efficacy of Baihe Gujin decoction combined with antibiotics and hormones on radiation pneumonitis. Methods: The randomized controlled trials (RCTs) about Baihe Gujin decoction combined with antibiotics and hormones versus antibiotics and hormones in the treatment of radiation pneumonitis was searched in CBM, CNKI,VIP,WanFang, PubMed, Cochrane Library and EMbase from the date of their establishment to Dec 2014 . Studies were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, data were extracted, and methodological quality was evaluated. Meta-analysis was then performed using RevMan 5.3 software. Results: A total of 10 RCTs involving 640 patients were included. Compared with antibiotics and hormones, the overall effect of Baihe Gujin decoction combined with antibiotics and hormones was better [OR=6.77,95%CI (4.24,10.79),P<0.00001]. Conclusion: The research showed that the clinical efficacy of Baihe Gujin decoction combined with antibiotics and hormones in treating radiation pneumonitis was superior to antibiotics and hormones, and it can better improve patients’ life quality and protect the lung function. Due to limited quality of the included studies, the abovementioned conclusion still needs to be verified by conducting more high quality blinding RCTs.
