为研究开孔板连接件的受力性能,建立其抗剪承载力计算方法。设计制作6个推出试件,完成单调加载试验。试件的变化参数为开孔孔径、板厚和孔洞个数,并研究分析各试验参数对开孔板连接件的破坏形态、荷载滑移特性、受剪承载力和刚度的影响,以及横向贯通钢筋应变随荷载变化规律。研究结果表明:开孔板连接件具有很好的延性;各个试件的破坏形态大致相同,破坏时钢梁与混凝土板出现明显相对滑移,钢梁上段与混凝土板分离,混凝土板发生劈裂破坏;孔洞直径和孔洞个数是影响开孔板连接件抗剪承载力和刚度的重要因素;通过对试件在受荷初期的荷载-滑移曲线分析,定义开孔板连接件的抗剪刚度。最后,分析对比国内外开孔板连接件抗剪承载力计算公式。基于49个模型试验提出了新的开孔板连接件抗剪承载力的计算公式,该式考虑因素全面,物理意义明确,与试验结果吻合良好。
為研究開孔闆連接件的受力性能,建立其抗剪承載力計算方法。設計製作6箇推齣試件,完成單調加載試驗。試件的變化參數為開孔孔徑、闆厚和孔洞箇數,併研究分析各試驗參數對開孔闆連接件的破壞形態、荷載滑移特性、受剪承載力和剛度的影響,以及橫嚮貫通鋼觔應變隨荷載變化規律。研究結果錶明:開孔闆連接件具有很好的延性;各箇試件的破壞形態大緻相同,破壞時鋼樑與混凝土闆齣現明顯相對滑移,鋼樑上段與混凝土闆分離,混凝土闆髮生劈裂破壞;孔洞直徑和孔洞箇數是影響開孔闆連接件抗剪承載力和剛度的重要因素;通過對試件在受荷初期的荷載-滑移麯線分析,定義開孔闆連接件的抗剪剛度。最後,分析對比國內外開孔闆連接件抗剪承載力計算公式。基于49箇模型試驗提齣瞭新的開孔闆連接件抗剪承載力的計算公式,該式攷慮因素全麵,物理意義明確,與試驗結果吻閤良好。

In order to study the mechanical behavior of perfobond connectors and derive the calculation method, six test samples were designed and made in this experiment.Besides,the ultimate bearing capacity tests were conducted as well.The parameters includes the size of holes,thickness of steel plate and number of the holes. The effects of different constructional parameters on the failure modes,load versus slip characteristics,shear re-sistance and stiffness,and variation rule of transverse rebar strain were mainly studied.Test results show that perfobond connectors have good ductility.The failure modes of perfobond connectors are basically similar,obvi-ous slip occurs to shear connectors,the concrete slabs move outwards and longitudinally split.The size of holes on the steel plate and the number of holes are the main factors influencing the ultimate bearing capacity and stiff-ness of perfobond connectors.The shear stiffness of perfobond connectors is defined based on the analysis of load versus slip curve during the preliminary loading stage.Finally,this paper develops the formula for calculating the shear resistance of the perfobond connectors based on 49 test results collected worldwide.It is indicated that this expression has definite physical meaning,and the calculated results agree better with the test results comparing with existing design formulas.
