目的：评价全程护理对住院HIV感染者/AIDS患者的一般自我效能感、抑郁焦虑状态的影响作用。方法根据《广东省医院临床护理服务评价指南》设计患者的健康教育路线图，对44例患者实施全程护理，采用一般自我效能感量表（GSSE）、自评抑郁量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）评估患者入院时、出院时的自我效能感、抑郁及焦虑水平；调查患者出院时的住院满意度。结果患者入院时自我效能感较低（19.50±3.24）分，抑郁、焦虑评分分别为（54.80±5.27）分及（57.50±7.43）分；对患者实施全程护理后，患者的自我效能提高（23.20±3.94）分，抑郁水平（48.70±4.40）分，焦虑水平（46.30±12.98）分降低；患者的住院满意度提高。结论全程护理能提升患者的自我管理能力，提高患者住院满意度。
목적：평개전정호리대주원HIV감염자/AIDS환자적일반자아효능감、억욱초필상태적영향작용。방법근거《광동성의원림상호리복무평개지남》설계환자적건강교육로선도，대44례환자실시전정호리，채용일반자아효능감량표（GSSE）、자평억욱량표（SDS）、초필자평량표（SAS）평고환자입원시、출원시적자아효능감、억욱급초필수평；조사환자출원시적주원만의도。결과환자입원시자아효능감교저（19.50±3.24）분，억욱、초필평분분별위（54.80±5.27）분급（57.50±7.43）분；대환자실시전정호리후，환자적자아효능제고（23.20±3.94）분，억욱수평（48.70±4.40）분，초필수평（46.30±12.98）분강저；환자적주원만의도제고。결론전정호리능제승환자적자아관리능력，제고환자주원만의도。
ObjectiveTo evaluate effect of whole nursing on general self-efficacy and depression and anxiety state of patients with HIV infection or AIDS.Methods According to the Nursing Clinical Service Evaluation Guidelines in Guangdong Hospital,44 patients were received whole nursing. General self-efficacy and levels of depression and anxiety of patients on admission and at discharge were evaluated according to General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSSE),Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS).Their satisfaction degree of hospitalization was surveyed when they are discharged.Results General self-efficacy of patients was low when they are on admission (19.50±3.24) and the scores of depression and anxiety were (54.80±5.27) and (57.50±7.43) respectively.After the whole nursing,the level of the self-efficacy of patients was increased(23.20±3.94)and the levels of depression(48.70±4.40)scores and anxiety(46.30±12.98) scores were decreased.ConclusionThe whole nursing can increase the self-management ability and satisfaction degree of hospitalization of HIV-infected patients.
