目的：对尤瑞克林联合奥扎格雷钠治疗脑血栓形成的临床效果进行分析。方法随机选取80例脑血栓患者，分为对照组以及观察组两个组别。对照组在常规临床治疗基础上注射疏血通注射剂治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上使用尤瑞克林联合奥扎格雷钠方法进行治疗。在治疗前、后对2组患者进行神经功能缺损程度分析，治疗后评定2组患者的临床疗效。结果在治疗结束后，把观察组神经功能完好情况与对照组治疗后比较，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。且比较2组患者的总有效率发现，差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论尤瑞克林联合奥扎格雷钠对于治疗脑血栓形成有显著疗效，在临床治疗脑血栓形成上值得借鉴与推广。
목적：대우서극림연합오찰격뢰납치료뇌혈전형성적림상효과진행분석。방법수궤선취80례뇌혈전환자，분위대조조이급관찰조량개조별。대조조재상규림상치료기출상주사소혈통주사제치료，관찰조재상규치료기출상사용우서극림연합오찰격뢰납방법진행치료。재치료전、후대2조환자진행신경공능결손정도분석，치료후평정2조환자적림상료효。결과재치료결속후，파관찰조신경공능완호정황여대조조치료후비교，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。차비교2조환자적총유효솔발현，차이유통계학의의，P＜0.05。결론우서극림연합오찰격뢰납대우치료뇌혈전형성유현저료효，재림상치료뇌혈전형성상치득차감여추엄。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect on the formation of Yuri Franklin combined with sodium ozagrel in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis. Methods Randomly selected 80 patients with cerebral thrombosis were divided into control group and observation group of two groups. The control group of Shuxuetong injection in the treatment of injection based on routine clinical treatment, the observation group in the conventional treatment based on the use of Yuri Franklin combined with sodium ozagrel in the treatment. Before and after the treatment, analysis of 2 groups of patients the degree of neural function defect, clinical efficacy of the 2 groups were assessed after treatment.Results After treatment, the observation group of neural function in good condition compared with the control group after treatment,P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. And the comparison of 2 groups of patients with total efficiency, the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion Yuri Franklin combined with sodium ozagrel in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis has significant curative effect, is worth learning and promotion in the clinical treatment of cerebral thrombosis.
