目的：对胸片与CT检查在周围型肺癌患者诊断中的应用进行对比分析。方法选取2013年1月至2014年10月于本社区卫生服务中心诊断的周围型肺癌患者50例，分别进行X线胸片和螺旋CT检查，对检查结果进行分析。结果螺旋CT检查准确诊断率、分型、误诊率、病变部位、病灶大小诊断、转移情况、患者满意度均显著优越于X线胸片，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者没有发生因检查操作造成严重不适症状发生。结论对于周围型肺癌的诊断采用螺旋CT检查诊断情况显著优越于X线胸片检查，同时能够更好的对患者实施针对性的治疗，无明显不适症状，降低临床误诊和漏诊比例。
목적：대흉편여CT검사재주위형폐암환자진단중적응용진행대비분석。방법선취2013년1월지2014년10월우본사구위생복무중심진단적주위형폐암환자50례，분별진행X선흉편화라선CT검사，대검사결과진행분석。결과라선CT검사준학진단솔、분형、오진솔、병변부위、병조대소진단、전이정황、환자만의도균현저우월우X선흉편，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。량조환자몰유발생인검사조작조성엄중불괄증상발생。결론대우주위형폐암적진단채용라선CT검사진단정황현저우월우X선흉편검사，동시능구경호적대환자실시침대성적치료，무명현불괄증상，강저림상오진화루진비례。
ObjectiveTo analyze the application of chest radiography and CT examination in diagnosing of patients with peripheral lung cancer.Methods From January 2013 to October 2014, 50 cases of patients with peripheral lung cancer from health service center of daling community were examined using chest radiography and spiral CT, and the inspection result were analyzed.Results There was a significant difference of accurate diagnosis rate, typing, misdiagnosis rate, diseased region, diagnosis of lesion size, transferring and patients' satisfaction degree between using spiral CT examination and chest radiography(P<0.05). Severe symptoms because of the checked operation do not occur in all patients.Conclusion For patients with peripheral lung cancer, there is a better diagnosis, a better targeted therapy, a lower clinical misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rate and no obvious unwell symptoms when using CT examination than chest radiography.
