目的：对时间位点护理管理在无痛人流患者围术期中的管理效果进行调查。方法选择我院2012年9月至2014年9月58例实施无痛人流的患者，将所有患者分为两组，实验组患者采用时间点位护理管理，对照组患者采用常规护理，对两组患者的护理效果进行比较。结果实验组有1例未按规定饮食患者，3例患者存在负面情绪，1例患者出现人工流产综合征，无子宫穿孔、误吸患者；对照组患者有6例未按规定饮食，11例患者存在负面情绪，4例患者出现人工流产综合征，无子宫穿孔、误吸患者，两组患者比较存在明显差异，P＜0.05。结论时间点位护理管理能够提升护理质量。
목적：대시간위점호리관리재무통인류환자위술기중적관리효과진행조사。방법선택아원2012년9월지2014년9월58례실시무통인류적환자，장소유환자분위량조，실험조환자채용시간점위호리관리，대조조환자채용상규호리，대량조환자적호리효과진행비교。결과실험조유1례미안규정음식환자，3례환자존재부면정서，1례환자출현인공유산종합정，무자궁천공、오흡환자；대조조환자유6례미안규정음식，11례환자존재부면정서，4례환자출현인공유산종합정，무자궁천공、오흡환자，량조환자비교존재명현차이，P＜0.05。결론시간점위호리관리능구제승호리질량。
ObjectiveTo survey the perioperative time point nursing management in the painless abortion.Methods 58 cases of painless abortion patients in our hospital from September 2012 to September 2014 were selected and divided into two groups. The experimental group were given time point nursing management, and the control group were given conventional nursing. The nursing effects of these two groups were compared.Results One patient in the experimental group patients according to the specified diet, three cases of patients with negative emotions, one patient abortion syndrome, no uterine perforation, aspiration of patients; there were six cases in the control group patients according to the specified diet, there were 11 cases of patients with negative emotions, four cases of abortion syndrome patients, no uterine perforation, aspiration patients, comparing the two groups were significantly different,P<0.05.Conclusion The time point nursing management can improve the nursing quality.
