目的：探讨老年哮喘急性发作患者舒适护理的应用效果。方法选择老年哮喘急性发作患者60例为研究对象，随机分为干预组和对照组各30例。干预组在常规护理的基础上给予舒适护理干预，对照组给予常规护理。比较两组患者SAS评分、SDS评分、治疗依从性、住院时间、护理满意度等相关情况。结果干预后，两组患者焦虑、抑郁评分较干预前均有显著下降，但干预组下降更明显，显著低于对照组（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）。干预组症状消失时间、体征消失时间、住院时间显著短于对照组（P＜0.01）；干预组依从率显著高于对照组，复发率显著低于对照组（P＜0.01）。干预组患者对相关知识掌握情况、相关技能掌握情况、护理满意度均显著高于对照组（P＜0.01）。结论老年哮喘患者采用舒适护理，能够提高患者治疗依从性，促使疾病恢复，减少复发。
목적：탐토노년효천급성발작환자서괄호리적응용효과。방법선택노년효천급성발작환자60례위연구대상，수궤분위간예조화대조조각30례。간예조재상규호리적기출상급여서괄호리간예，대조조급여상규호리。비교량조환자SAS평분、SDS평분、치료의종성、주원시간、호리만의도등상관정황。결과간예후，량조환자초필、억욱평분교간예전균유현저하강，단간예조하강경명현，현저저우대조조（P＜0.05혹P＜0.01）。간예조증상소실시간、체정소실시간、주원시간현저단우대조조（P＜0.01）；간예조의종솔현저고우대조조，복발솔현저저우대조조（P＜0.01）。간예조환자대상관지식장악정황、상관기능장악정황、호리만의도균현저고우대조조（P＜0.01）。결론노년효천환자채용서괄호리，능구제고환자치료의종성，촉사질병회복，감소복발。
Objective To explore application effect of comfort care intervention on elder patients with acute asthma. Methods 60 elder patients with acute asthma were selected as research objects and they were randomly allocated to the intervention group and the control group with 30 in each. The intervention group was received comfort nursing intervention based on routine nursing while the control group was only received routine nursing. Scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS), treatment compliance, hospitalized time, degree of nursing satisfaction and relative conditions of two groups were compared.ResultsScores of SAS and SDS after intervention in two groups were both significantly decreased but the decline in the intervention group was more significant which is significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05 orP<0.01). Disappearance time of symptoms, disappearance time of signs, hospitalized time of the intervention group were shorter than that of the control group(P<0.01). Compliance rate of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group while the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).The acquaintances of related knowledge and nursing skills and nursing satisfaction in the control group were all significantly higher than those in the intervention group(P<0.01).ConclusionComfort nursing intervention for elder patients with acute asthma can improve treatment compliance, promote recovery from diseases and reduce recurrence.
