目的：探讨老年患者肺部感染临床特点，为提高老年肺部感染诊断及治疗水平提供依据。方法：回顾性分析2013年1月至2014年5月我院收治92例老年患者肺部感染的临床资料。结果：发病以冬春两季多见，多数病例基础疾病及合并症多，部分患者临床表现不典型、致病菌复杂、预后较差。结论：对老年患者的非特异性临床表现给予重视、及时进行相关检查，早诊断、早治疗、重视全身综合治疗措施是提高临床治愈率的关键。

목적：탐토노년환자폐부감염림상특점，위제고노년폐부감염진단급치료수평제공의거。방법：회고성분석2013년1월지2014년5월아원수치92례노년환자폐부감염적림상자료。결과：발병이동춘량계다견，다수병례기출질병급합병증다，부분환자림상표현불전형、치병균복잡、예후교차。결론：대노년환자적비특이성림상표현급여중시、급시진행상관검사，조진단、조치료、중시전신종합치료조시시제고림상치유솔적관건。
objective:To explore the clinical characteritics for pulmonary infections in 92 elderly patients,And provide evidence for improving level of diag-nosis and treatment of pulmonary infection in the elderly.Method:A retrospective analysis from 2013 January to 2014 May in our hospital treated 92 cases of se-nile patients with pulmonary infection clinical data.Result:The disease mainly in the two season to see,the majority of cases of basic diseases and complica-tions,some of the clinical manifestations in patients with atypical pathogens,complex,the prognosis is poor.Conclusion:Given more attention,the associated time check on non -specific in elderly patients with clinical manifestations,early diagnosis,early treatment,to emphasize the comprehensive measures of treat-ment of the body is the key to improve the clinical cure rate.
