目的：评价外固定支架治疗成人桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法：自2004年9月至2012年9月应用外固定支架治疗成年人桡骨远端粉碎性骨折54例，根据 AO 分型：C1型6例、C2型21例、C3型27例。结果：术后随访12～36月，平均16．8月。依据 Dienst 功能评估标准进行评分，优36例，良12例，可6例，优良率88．9％，无严重并发症。结论：外固定支架治疗成人桡骨远端粉碎性骨折方法简单，疗效好。

목적：평개외고정지가치료성인뇨골원단분쇄성골절적료효。방법：자2004년9월지2012년9월응용외고정지가치료성년인뇨골원단분쇄성골절54례，근거 AO 분형：C1형6례、C2형21례、C3형27례。결과：술후수방12～36월，평균16．8월。의거 Dienst 공능평고표준진행평분，우36례，량12례，가6례，우량솔88．9％，무엄중병발증。결론：외고정지가치료성인뇨골원단분쇄성골절방법간단，료효호。
Objective:To evaluate of external fixation treatment of comminuted distal radius fractures in adults.Methods:From September 2004 to Septem-ber 2012,54 patients with comminuted distal radius fractures were treated by external fixators.Among them,there were 6 in type C1,21 in type C2,and 27 in type C3 according to the AO classification system.Results:54 patients were followed up for 12 ~36 months after the operation,an average of 16.8 months .Ac-cording to Dienst scores,the function recovery was excellent in 36 patients,good in 12 patients and poor in 6 patients.The total excellence rate was 88.9%.Conclusion:External fixation treatment of comminuted distal radius fractures in adults was a simple and effective choice .
