采用尿素与聚氧化乙烯(PEO)混合造孔法制备的钒钨钛系(Ti-W-V)陶瓷蜂窝催化剂,成型后的胚体在600℃下焙烧,制备出的陶瓷成品微孔密集,比表面积能达到76m2/g,孔径为7.68nm,轴向抗压强度和径向抗压强度分别为2.874和1.074,催化活性高达91.7%,综合性能优良.

The semi-manufactures of Ti-W-V ceramic honeycomb catalyst,prepared by using mixture of urea and PEO as Pore forming agent,were calcined at 600℃.The finished ceramic has an excelent comprehensive performance,dense micropore,the specific surface area is 76m2/g,the pore size is 7.68nm,the axial compressive strength and the radial compressive strength are 2.874 and 1.074 respectively,and the catalytic activity is as high as 91.7%.
