为提高临床研究生培养效果,让学生能够适应并良好的完成临床工作;通过在研究生不同阶段进行体验式教学,通过老师点评、组内讨论、对情景中表现的审核来保证教学过程能够顺利进行。研究生经过体验式教学后,激发学习兴趣,培养了相关能力,提高技能,培养了医生的素质。体验式教学在临床研究生培养中获得良好的效果。

In order to improve the clinical postgraduate training effect, and help students to complete a good clinical work, we conducted experiential teaching in different stages of graduate students. Experiential Teaching mainly through the teacher's comments, group discussion, review the student's performance etc to ensure the teaching process can be carried out smoothly. After the reform, we found experiential teaching can stimulate students' interest in learning, cultivate the ability, improve skills, develop the doctor's quality. The application of experiential teaching in clinical postgraduate training obtained good results.
