为了进一步提高聚晶金刚石复合片( PDC)超硬刀具焊接性能,运用基于热—结构耦合的有限元分析方法,对PDC刀具高频钎焊过程中的残余热应力进行了非线性瞬态热传导模拟计算. 分析了复合片层厚度、钎缝厚度和接头型式主要结构参数对焊缝内部及其接合界面的残余热应力大小和分布的影响程度及其规律,对于优化PDC刀具钎焊工艺参数以及提高超硬刀具焊接质量具有理论指导意义.

To further improve the polycrystalline diamond ( PDC) welding properties of super hard cutting tools, by using the finite element analysis method based on thermal structure coupling, the nonlinear transient heat conduction of the residual thermal stress of PDC tool in high frequency brazing process is simulated and calculated. The main structural pa-rameters of compound layer thickness, seam thickness and the joint type the influence degree of force size and distribution of thermal residual weld internal and interface are analyzed,which has important significance in optimizing the parameters of tool brazing process of PDC and improving the welding quality of super hard cutting tool in theory.
