针对非球面轨迹包络磨削过程中砂轮磨损而影响加工质量的问题,根据非球面轨迹包络磨削成形原理,分析了轴对称非球面、非轴对称非球面加工中盘形砂轮的几何参数对轨迹包络磨削加工过程的影响. 分析结果表明:盘形砂轮圆弧截面的圆弧直径、砂轮宽度、砂轮直径等几何参数将直接影响到参与磨削的砂轮磨粒的数量. 合理选择盘形砂轮的几何参数,可以有效地增加参与磨削的砂轮磨粒数量,从而减少盘形砂轮的磨损,这对于提高非球面轨迹包络磨削加工精度有着非常重要的意义.
針對非毬麵軌跡包絡磨削過程中砂輪磨損而影響加工質量的問題,根據非毬麵軌跡包絡磨削成形原理,分析瞭軸對稱非毬麵、非軸對稱非毬麵加工中盤形砂輪的幾何參數對軌跡包絡磨削加工過程的影響. 分析結果錶明:盤形砂輪圓弧截麵的圓弧直徑、砂輪寬度、砂輪直徑等幾何參數將直接影響到參與磨削的砂輪磨粒的數量. 閤理選擇盤形砂輪的幾何參數,可以有效地增加參與磨削的砂輪磨粒數量,從而減少盤形砂輪的磨損,這對于提高非毬麵軌跡包絡磨削加工精度有著非常重要的意義.

Wheel wear will affect the processing quality in grinding aspheric with Arc Envelope Grinding Method ( AEGM) . According to the aspheric grinding principle with AEGM, effect of wheel geometry parameters in grinding has been studied in grinding axisymmetric aspheric surface and non-axisymmetric. The results indicate that some wheel geome-try parameters will directly affect the amount of abrasive grinding, such as the wheel end arc radius,width of the wheel, di-ameter of the wheel and others. The grains will effectively increase in grinding and the wheel wear will be reduced signifi-cantly when the wheel geometry parameters is a reasonable choice, which is helpful in improving the precision in grinding aspheric with AEGM.
