为提高汽轮机转子叶片加工质量,克服叶片和转子骑缝攻丝工艺难题,在切削加工试验基础上,对切削力矩进行优化分析. 本文针对骑缝攻丝工艺特点建立了力矩优化模型,并应用有限元分析软件进行了力矩优化仿真分析. 以切削力为系统优化目标,确定丝锥几何参数和工艺参数. 仿真结果表明:该研究过程对丝锥的选择和切削加工的改进提供了较好的参考和依据,能够有效提高切削过程中工具的可靠性和稳定性. 对进一步改善汽轮机转子叶片攻丝工艺性能、提高加工效率具有积极的实际意义.

To improve the quality of the steam turbine rotor machining and to overcome the problem of tapping tech-nology straddling between rotors and blades of turbine, cutting torque optimization research has been down based on tapping tests. The cutting torque model was established based on the characteristics of tapping technology straddling between rotors and blades of turbine and FEA simulations were conducted by tapping process aimed to the cutting torque optimization. The tap geometric parameters and process parameters were determined to reduce the tapping force. The result shows that the study provides a good reference and basis to select taps and improve the tapping process and effectively improves the cutting tools' reliability and stability in the process of tapping. It has practical significance to improve the performance of turbine straddling tapping process and the machining efficiency.
