随着我国医疗保障体制得到进一步改革，医院管理者对整个医院的良性运作具有不可忽视的重要性，中西医结合医院的生存和发展也面临激烈的竞争环境，因此，深度把握中西医结合医院的发展脉络，进而总结医院管理中存在的问题，医院全方位的管理才能促进医院的可持续发展。文章对现阶段中西医结合医院管理中存在一些问题进行剖析，并提出有效的解决对策，优化中西医结合医院管理工作，建立成熟的医院管理模式，提高医院的运行效率和经济效益，以维持其稳定和健康发展。

Along with the further reform of medical security system in our country, the hospital managers to the benign operation of the whole hospital has not ignore the importance of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine hospital survival and development is also facing fierce competition environment, therefore, the depth of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine hospital development, and then summarizes the problems existing in the hospital management and the difficulty of hospital comprehensive management can promote the sustainable development of hospital.In this paper, the present stage of Chinese and western medicine in combination with some problems in hospital management are analyzed, and put forward effective countermeasures to optimize the combination of Chinese and western medicine hospital management, to establish a mature hospital management mode, to improve hospital efficiency and economic benefits, to maintain stable and healthy development.
