Mental health class of vocational college is the important carrier of students' psychological health education and an important part of the implementation of quality education. This article embarks from the psychological characteristics of the contemporary vocational college students, the necessity and the present situation of mental health class, combining with our own teaching practice, put forward thinking and comprehension of the course teaching. To give birth to a new mode of psychological health class , providing the reference of vocational college.
