针对某型号塔机起重臂出现裂纹现象,建立塔机起重臂有限元模型,研究典型工况下载荷谱编制的有效措施,进而估算出塔机起重臂的疲劳寿命。结果表明:将有限元计算与疲劳分析软件相结合,能快速有效预测塔机起重臂疲劳寿命,为塔机疲劳设计提供可靠依据。

침대모형호탑궤기중비출현렬문현상,건립탑궤기중비유한원모형,연구전형공황하재하보편제적유효조시,진이고산출탑궤기중비적피로수명。결과표명:장유한원계산여피로분석연건상결합,능쾌속유효예측탑궤기중비피로수명,위탑궤피로설계제공가고의거。
Aiming at certain type of tower crane boom inevitable crack phenomenon,we building tower crane boom finite element model.The typical working condi-tions is compiling load spectrum,then estimate the fatigue life of tower crane boom.The results showed that combining finite element analysis and fatigue analysis software,can quickly and ef ectively predict fatigue life of tower crane boom,provide a reliable basis for tower crane fatigue design.
