胡敏酸普遍存在于陆地环境中,是一种含有多个芳香族和脂肪族复杂结构的混合物。本研究基于胡敏酸的极性(腐殖化程度)对其进行分组,其中200P、300P和400P组分的腐殖化程度相对高于800P和800S。施用有机改良剂显著提高了水稻土胡敏酸组分的浓度,尤其是腐殖化程度较高的那些组分。不同组分中,300P在水稻土中含量最高,施用堆肥显著提高300P含量。甲基酮和桂醛等化合物是300P的主要成分,约占90%。

Humic acids (HAs), mixture of several complex-structured aromatic and aliphatic compounds, are ubiquitous in the terrestrial environment. In this study, HAs were fractionated on the basis of their polarity (degree of humiifcation). The fractions namely 200P, 300P and 400P were comparatively more humiifed than fractions like 800P and 800S. The application of organic amendments signiifcantly increased concentrations of HA fractions especially the more humiifed fractions in rice paddy soils. Among the different fractions, 300P fraction was the most abundant in rice paddy soils and its concentration was signiifcantly increased due to compost application. The compounds like methyl ketone and 3-phen-ylprop-2-enal contributed almost 90%of 300P fraction.
