In order to make the roof greening achieve "practical,economical,safe",the article made respectively research of the three corresponding relationships between the design value of live load on roof structure,planting soil density and soil thickness,then gave the effective method to improve the bearing capacity of roof greening in order to increase the thickness of soil without the structural reinforcement.
