目的：观察中西医结合治疗急性上呼吸道感染（风热感冒）的临床疗效及安全性。方法：80例患者使用Stata12.0软件随机分为治疗组、对照组（各40例）。治疗组患者口服贝敏伪麻片及清开灵分散片，对照组患者单独口服贝敏伪麻片，比较两组患者疾病疗效、症状消失时间及不良反应。结果：治疗组患者在疗效、症状消失时间方面要优于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义。在试验过程中，未发现不良反应。结论：贝敏伪麻片配合清开灵分散片是治疗急性上呼吸道感染（风热感冒）安全有效的药物。

목적：관찰중서의결합치료급성상호흡도감염（풍열감모）적림상료효급안전성。방법：80례환자사용Stata12.0연건수궤분위치료조、대조조（각40례）。치료조환자구복패민위마편급청개령분산편，대조조환자단독구복패민위마편，비교량조환자질병료효、증상소실시간급불량반응。결과：치료조환자재료효、증상소실시간방면요우우대조조，량조차이유통계학의의。재시험과정중，미발현불량반응。결론：패민위마편배합청개령분산편시치료급성상호흡도감염（풍열감모）안전유효적약물。
Objective:To observe the effect of integrative medicine for acute upper respiratory tract infection with external wind-heat syndrome. Methods: A total of 80 patients were randomly divided into the trial group and control group with 40 cases in each group using Stata 12.0 software. The patients in the trial group received Beimin Weima Tablets combined with Qingkailin Dispersible Tablets, while the patients in the control group only received Beimin Weima Tablets. The therapeutic efficacy, average recovery time, and adverse drug reactions were evaluated after treatment. Results:Compared with the control group, the trial group provides more benefits for patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection (external wind-heat syndrome). No obvious drug related adverse reactions were found. Conclusions There is encouraging evidence suggesting that Beimin Weima Tablets combined with Qingkailin Dispersible Tablets may be a safe and effective treatment option for patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection presented as external wind-heat syndrome.
