This article focuses on an efficient denitrifying bacteria and the application of low temperature evaporation technology for waste water of high COD,high ammonia concentrations,fluorine ions and the Taihu Lake Basin zero emissions of ammonia.It explores a zero-emission technology and achieves excelent operating results stable in engineering practice.It is the second innovation of traditional technology and new technology combine.The high concentration nitrogen waste water have reverse osmosis treatment after oil separation + cooling + physicochemical + biochemical,the deionized water of reverse osmosis can be used in process as pure water,the concentration of reverse osmosis unit concentrated concentrate into the electric heating evaporator evaporation crystalization,realize "Zero Emissions Technology".
