医学教育的目标是为社会需要培养合格的医学人才，而对学生终身学习能力的培养是医学本科教育目标之一。为了培养学生的自主学习能力，笔者尝试着使用“导读式”的课堂教学模式，结果显示该授课模式可以提高学生的学习兴趣，大大地提高课堂教学效果；同时，激发学生自主学习动机，引导学生进行自主学习。

Target medical education for the medical community needs to train qualified personnel, and the cultivation of students' lifelong learning is one of the medical undergraduate education goals. In order to develop students 'self-learning ability, I try to use "REVIEW" type of classroom teaching, the results show that the teaching mode can improve student interest in learning, greatly improve classroom teaching; at the same time, to stimulate students' self motivation, guiding students for self-learning.
