腰椎管狭窄症是困扰中老年人群的常见病、高发病，给家庭、社会、甚至国家造成沉重的负担。随着医学时代的发展，中医治疗该病已是多种多样，呈现百家齐放的景象。文章针对近几年来腰椎管狭窄症的中医治疗研究进展做一综述，希望能够增强临床医生对该疾病治疗的认识。
