With the constant occurrence of tilt and crack of the existing building or the construction in process,the problem had caused the attention of all parties in construction industry. This paper took the tilt and crack of a plant as an example,from the aspects of foundation to detect and analyze the cause of the tilt and crack of the workshop. The results could be used as reference for similar projects.
