目的：探讨职业倦怠在司法警察的压力状况和心理健康状态之间的关系。方法共收集185名司法警察进行调查，应用公务员压力量表（CSSS）、Maslach职业倦怠调查普适量表（MBI）和症状自评量表（SCL-90）进行测查。结果司法警察SCL-90的躯体化、强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑和精神病性分量表评分高于国内常模（P＜0．01）。司法警察的CSSS得分、MBI得分与SCL-90因子均分之间呈正相关（P＜0．05），而压力状况和职业倦怠对司法干警的心理症状有显著的预测作用（P＜0．05）。回归分析发现，职业倦怠在司法警察压力与心理健康状态之间起部分中介作用（c’＝0．301，P＜0．05）。结论压力状况以职业倦怠为中介变量，对司法警察的心理健康具有预测作用。

Objective To investigate the mediating effect for job burnout between stress status and mental health status in judicial police.Method A total of 185 judicial police were selected and assessed with Civil Servants Stress Scale ( CSSS ) , Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI) and Symptom Check List (SCL-90).Results Factor scores of somatization,force,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety and psychoticism subscales of SCL-90 were significantly higher than domestic norm in the judicial police(P<0.01).There were significantly relationship between the scores of CSSS, MBI and the average factor scores of SCL-90 (P<0.01).Stress status and job burnout were the significant predictors of the mental health status in the judicial police(P<0.05).There was partial mediating effects for job burnout between stress status and mental health status in the judicial police (c’=0.301,P<0.01).Conclusion There is a predictor for stress status to the mental health status in the judicial police, in which the job burnout can be considered as a mediator.
