采用气液接触法回收及利用糖厂锅炉烟道气余热的工艺,蔗汁能高效的吸收烟道气余热,温度从25℃提升到60℃,锅炉烟道气从烟囱排出温度控制在80℃以下,还能将烟道气中二氧化碳、二氧化硫等有害气体部分去除,降低排烟对环境的污染。该工艺方案节能减排效果显著,技术可靠,工艺流程及设备简单,且易操作易管理。
