针对大型索网———桁架式星载可展开天线的特点,文章较为系统地阐述了综合设计软件平台的整体架构与基本功能。研发了该类天线( Astromesh、径向肋及构架式等3种)的整机数字化造型与数据库模块。建立了整机数字化设计的层次结构,提出了抽象和分类方法,解决了该类天线CAD/CAE集成建模的难点。研制了包括快速数字化建模、数据库、找形找态分析、收拢与展开两态动力优化、热分析、多柔体展开动力学分析、展开可靠性分析、电性能分析、网面精度调整等模块在内的大型索网———桁架式星载可展开天线综合设计平台。限于篇幅,文章仅就整机数字化建模、数据库、CAD/CAE集成建模等内容加以讨论。多个典型天线、样机以及工程的应用说明,该综合设计平台可有效的辅助创新,缩短周期、降低成本、提高性能。

Considering the characteristics of the structure design of satellite deployable antennas made up of cable-net with truss, the system architecture and basic functions of a comprehensive design oriented computer software program are ex-pounded systematically in this par. The overall unit digital modeling and data base module of this kind of antenna ( As-tromesh, Radial rib and Truss) have been developed. The hiberarchy of overall unit design is established and the method of abstracting and categorizing are proposed to solve the difficulty of the antenna CAD/CAE integration modeling. The devel-oped program is composed of parameter modeling, data base, cable net form funding, dynamic optimization with both states of deployed and stowed ones, thermo analysis, multi-flexible body dynamic analysis and deployable control, reliability anal-ysis, electronic performance analysis, measuring and the cable-net-reflector precision adjustment. This manuscript will mainly introduce three part of the program, such as the overall skeleton, parameter modeling and data base. This program has been applied in some practical deployable satellite antenna design with good results, which show the ability of aided in-novation design, decreasing research cost and increasing both performances of electronic and structural aspects.
