利用锥形量热仪在50 kW/m2热辐射条件下,研究了几种无卤阻燃线性低密度聚乙烯(PE–LLD)体系的燃烧行为.结果表明,PE–LLD/乙烯–乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVAC)/改性氢氧化镁/微胶囊红磷体系的阻燃性能最好,其最大热释放速率为182 kW/m2,达到最大热释放速率时间为90 s,燃烧完成时间为1 606 s,最大烟释放速率为0.041 m2/s,最大失重温度时的残炭率为27.7%.该体系在燃烧时使PE–LLD更早的发生热降解,但热降解速度变得缓慢,这与燃烧时炭层的形成密切相关.
利用錐形量熱儀在50 kW/m2熱輻射條件下,研究瞭幾種無滷阻燃線性低密度聚乙烯(PE–LLD)體繫的燃燒行為.結果錶明,PE–LLD/乙烯–乙痠乙烯酯共聚物(EVAC)/改性氫氧化鎂/微膠囊紅燐體繫的阻燃性能最好,其最大熱釋放速率為182 kW/m2,達到最大熱釋放速率時間為90 s,燃燒完成時間為1 606 s,最大煙釋放速率為0.041 m2/s,最大失重溫度時的殘炭率為27.7%.該體繫在燃燒時使PE–LLD更早的髮生熱降解,但熱降解速度變得緩慢,這與燃燒時炭層的形成密切相關.

The flammability behaviours of several halogen-free flame retardant PE–LLD composite were studied by using cone calorimeter at incident heat flux of 50 kW/m2.The results show that PE–LLD/EVAC/modified MH/MRP system has best combustion performance as follows:the maximum heat release rate is 182 kW/m2,the maximum heat release rate time is 90 s,complete burning time is 1 606 s,the maximum smoke release rate is 0.041m2/s,the residual carbon content at the temperature of maximum weight loss is 27.7%.The system degrades earlier during combustion,but the thermal degradation rate becomes slow,which is closely related to the formation of carbon layer when burned.
