采用熔融开炼方法制备聚乙烯(PE)/竹粉木塑复合材料(WPC),通过平菇和凤尾菇两种真菌对WPC进行微生物降解实验,利用变色圈、扫描电子显微镜、气相色谱–质谱(GC–MS)和差示扫描量热分析等手段研究WPC的微生物降解性能.变色圈试验表明平菇和凤尾菇均对竹粉和WPC有较好的降解作用,其中平菇的降解能力更明显;降解产物的GC–MS分析显示真菌不仅能降解WPC中的竹粉,也使PE基体发生一定的降解,破坏PE分子链的规整性,导致PE的熔点降低.
採用鎔融開煉方法製備聚乙烯(PE)/竹粉木塑複閤材料(WPC),通過平菇和鳳尾菇兩種真菌對WPC進行微生物降解實驗,利用變色圈、掃描電子顯微鏡、氣相色譜–質譜(GC–MS)和差示掃描量熱分析等手段研究WPC的微生物降解性能.變色圈試驗錶明平菇和鳳尾菇均對竹粉和WPC有較好的降解作用,其中平菇的降解能力更明顯;降解產物的GC–MS分析顯示真菌不僅能降解WPC中的竹粉,也使PE基體髮生一定的降解,破壞PE分子鏈的規整性,導緻PE的鎔點降低.

Polyethylene/bamboo flour plastic-wood composites(WPC) were prepared through melt mixing.The fungal degradation of WPC by ostreatus and pleurotus was investigated by color ring test,SEM,GC–MS and DSC.Color ring test shows that bamboo flour and WPC are well decayed by ostreatus and pleurotus,especially by ostreatus.GC–MS results indicate that fungal not only decays the bamboo flour in WPC,but also decays PE matrix,resulting in the decrease of melting point of PE matrix due to the low tacticity.
