应用UG/NX建模分析软件对数码相机壳体建模,分析数码相机壳体的结构、功能、工艺特点.壳体表面存在不同尺寸孔结构且配合精度要求较高,而数码相机壳体是相机表面组成注塑件,与人体直接接触,过渡处采用倒角设计.设计计算了数码相机壳体注塑模具的浇注系统、冷却系统.针对壳体表面多孔的结构特点,在四个方向孔结构处设计了斜导柱滑块抽芯机构,并对斜导柱抽芯力、弯曲力和斜导柱长度进行计算.经实践验证,数码相机壳体注塑模具运动准确,工作稳定,满足生产要求.

The modeling of digital camera shell which based on the UG/NX modeling and analysis software was finished.The structure,function and process characteristics of the digital camera shell were analyzed.Varies of holes were covered with the surface of digital camera shell.It was one part of camera which contacted with people directly.Chamfers were used in the transition.The injection mold casting system and cooling system of digital camera shell were designed.According to the structure of the surface holes of shell,the oblique guide pillar slide block core-pulling mechanism was designed beside the four holes.The core-pulling force,bending force and the length of the inclined guide pillar were calculated.The research shows that the digital camera shell injection mold is designed with the properties of stability movement,working accuracy,can meet the production requirements.
