通过对音响面板塑料件的结构及成型工艺特点进行分析,设计了音响面板热流道注射模具,对热流道浇注系统和流道板、喷嘴的热膨胀补偿进行了分析计算,模具采用单点偏心热流道设计、斜推杆抽芯成型倒扣设计.实践证明,该模具设计结构合理,在提高塑料件成型质量的同时,提高了生产效率.

Through analyzing structure and molding characteristics of audio panel plastic parts,the hot runner injection mold for audio panel was designed.The emphasis was focused on the thermal expansion compensation calculation of pouring system,hot runner manifold and zozzle.Hot runner mold used a single point of eccentric design,and lifter pulling molding upside down design.Practice proves that the design of the mold structure is reasonable,which can not only improve plastic molding quality,but also increase production efficiency.
