目的:比较不同粉液比例改变对树脂加强型玻璃离子粘接剂托槽粘接效果的影响。方法将140颗离体人上颌前磨牙随机分为7组,每组20颗。将树脂加强型玻璃离子粘接剂粉剂改变范围设置成(-30%~30%),具体分组如下:对照组、A组(+30%)、B组(+23%)、C组(+17%)、D组(-17%)、E组(-23%)、F组(-30%)。每组牙齿经过牙面处理后用不同粉液比例树脂加强型玻璃离子粘接剂进行托槽粘接。记录粘接24 h的抗剪切强度和粘接残留指数,用SPSS 19.0对实验结果进行统计分析。结果 A~E组的抗剪切强度与对照组相比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但降低30%粉剂比例的F组的抗剪切强度(5.71±1.55) MPa比对照组(7.55±1.20) MPa降低,且两者差异有统计学意义(P=0.017),F组具有较低的粘接残留量。结论树脂加强型玻璃离子有较宽的临床使用范围,增加粉剂比例对树脂加强型玻璃离子粘接剂托槽粘接强度无明显影响,但降低30%粉剂比例则会降低其粘接强度。

Objective To investigate the influence of powder/liquid ratio variation on brackets bonding of resin-modified glass ionomer cement (RMGIC). Methods A total of 140 mandibular premolars were randomly divided into seven groups: control group, group A (+30%), group B (+23%), group C (+17%), group D (-17%), group E (-23%), group F (-30%), according to the powder/liquid ratio, with 20 teeth in each group. Edgewise brackets were bonded with RMGIC on the teeth with different powder/liquid ratio. Shear bond strength were detected on teeth after thermocycling experiment, and the adhesive remnant index were recorded with statistical analysis. Results There was no statistical difference in shear bond strength (SBS) between group A-E and control group (P>0.05). The SBS of group F (5.713 ± 1.55) MPa was significantly lower than that in other groups as well as the content of residual adhesives (P=0.017). Conclusions RMGIC has a wide range of clinical application, increasing powder/liquid ratio has no influence of bonding strength of RMGIC. On the contrary, decreasing 30%powder will lower the bonding strength.
