This article through to the transmission shift performance ever appeared in the process of ascension in DangKa lag problem analysis and resolution process, expounds the chamfer of the shifting plate and shifting block in optional shift process. Through calculation and analysis, explain the cause of the problem reasonably and avoid the similar problem from happening again. The results indicate that the chamfer of shifting plate and shifting block whether reasonable choice will affect the shifting performance of transmission directly.
