创新是建设创新型国家和落实十八大提出的实施创新驱动发展战略的重要方式。科技创新项目中的人力资源利用效率直接决定着其绩效产出。基于网格服务思想，从科技创新项目人力资源动态配置的实现基础出发，基于角色、知识复用和绩效评价构建了科技创新项目人力资源动态配置框架，并从知识共享平台构建、知识型人才流动促进机制、科技创新项目利益保障机制等方面提出了提高人力资源动态配置效率的对策建议。

Innovation is an important way to implement the eighteen's strategy of innovation‐driven development and to build an innovation‐oriented country .The human resources configuration efficiency of science and technology innovation projects is closely related to the performance .Based on grid service ,this paper designs the framework for human resources dynam‐ic configuration of collaborative innovation projects from the perspective of role ,knowledge reuse and performance evalua‐tion .To improve the collaborative innovation projects ,it put forward such suggestions as knowledge‐sharing platform con‐struction ,flow of knowledge‐based talent promotion mechanisms ,trust and the distribution of benefits of innovation be‐tween the interests of the project stakeholders ,which can provide reference to regional projects knowledge‐based human resources configuration .
