戈森定律（边际效用定律）是新古典主义的基石，技术创新是熊彼特理论的核心，由于历史及现实原因，鲜有学者关注二者的相容关系。当谈及企业为何创新，如何赢得消费者认可时，二者关系又是绕不开的理论课题。打破二者边界，理顺二者的“源”“果”融合关系，运用戈森定律探析企业技术创新的关键———产品创新与工艺创新的必要性和必然性，并从产品创新与工艺创新的动态融合互动模型中明晰技术创新如何驱动需求、产业、社会的更替演变。

Gossen’s law (the law of marginal utility) is the cornerstone of the neo‐classical ,technological innovation is the core of Schumpeter’s theory ,due to historical and practical reasons ,few scholars are concerned about the compatibility re‐lation of both .When it comes to enterprise innovation and why ,how to win consumer acceptance ,the relationship between the two is not open around the theory of the subject .This paper attempts to break the boundaries ,straighten out the fu‐sion relations of “source” and“fruit” ,using Gossen’s law analysis the key of technological innovation———product innova‐tion and process innovation necessity and inevitability .We can know n the technological innovation is clear and how to drive demand ,industry and social evolution from interactive dynamic fusion model of the product innovation and process innova‐tion .
