目的：探究PTEN基因在腮腺多形性腺瘤的发生中基因水平上的作用。方法：将手术切除并经病理检查确诊的腮腺多形性腺瘤、腮腺多形性腺瘤瘤旁1cm腺体组织和舌下腺组织(舌下腺结石摘除的腺体)标本各30例，采用免疫组化法分析各组之间PTEN表达水平的差异性。结果：PTEN在腮腺多形性腺瘤中表达的阳性率低于腮腺多形性腺瘤瘤旁1 cm腺体组织，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；PTEN在腮腺多形性腺瘤中表达的阳性率低于舌下腺组织，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；腮腺多形性腺瘤瘤旁1 cm腺体组织与舌下腺组织两组比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：PTEN基因的阳性表达对腮腺多形性腺瘤的发生有抑制作用。
목적：탐구PTEN기인재시선다형성선류적발생중기인수평상적작용。방법：장수술절제병경병리검사학진적시선다형성선류、시선다형성선류류방1cm선체조직화설하선조직(설하선결석적제적선체)표본각30례，채용면역조화법분석각조지간PTEN표체수평적차이성。결과：PTEN재시선다형성선류중표체적양성솔저우시선다형성선류류방1 cm선체조직，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；PTEN재시선다형성선류중표체적양성솔저우설하선조직，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；시선다형성선류류방1 cm선체조직여설하선조직량조비교，차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론：PTEN기인적양성표체대시선다형성선류적발생유억제작용。
Objective:To investigate the significance of PTEN expression in parotid pleomorphic adenoma. Methods:30 cases of operational excised and histopathologically diagnosed parotid pleomorphic adenomas were consisted in this study. Tumor adjacent tissue with 1 cm distance, and sublingual gland tissue (30 cases) were used as control. Immunohisto-chemistry method was used to analyze the expressions in each groups. Results:The intensity of PTEN expression in pleo-morphic adenoma and in 1cm tumor adjacent tissue showed significant differences (P<0.05). PTEN expression in pleomor-phic adenoma and sublingual gland tissue also demonstrated significant differences (P<0.05). PTEN expression in tumor adjacent tissue and sublingual gland tissue showed no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusions:PTEN may be a useful marker in the differential diagnosis of salivary pleomorphic adenoma.
