目的:通过在急救课程中使用 SimMan 模拟人的综合实验设置进行技能教学和考核,提高学生临床急救能力,并通过问卷调查的形式了解学生对此教学方法的认知程度和满意度情况。方法将我校同届两个班级的护理本科生分为观察组(60人)和对照组(60人),观察组在原有急救课程中应用挪威诺度 SimMan 模拟人进行 CPR 操作的基础上进行综合实验教学,对照组则仍接受急救课程的传统教学,在挪威诺度 SimMan 模拟人上只进行 CPR 操作,并未有综合实验设置练习。结果观察组学生理论和技能考试成绩均高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组学生对 Sim-Man 模拟人综合实验设置教学评价条目反馈中显示增强分析和解决问题能力在83%,其余均在90%以上。结论采用挪威诺度 SimMan 模拟人功能,利用科技改良实验教学模式,可提高学生的抢救技能及综合能力。

Objective To improve students’ first aid capability by applying SimMan integrated experiment set into nursing skill teaching and testing, and to understand the students'awareness and satisfaction of the teaching method by questionnaire.Method Two undergraduate nursing classes in the same grade in our school were divided into observation group (60 students) and control group (60 students).On the basis of conventional first aid course, observation group used SimMan for CPR operation and integrated experi-mental teaching, while control group used SimMan only for CPR operation.Results Both theory score and skill score of observation group are higher than those of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Teaching feedback from obser-vation group shows that by applying SimMan integrated experiment set into teaching, students’ abilities to analyze and solve problems were improved (83%), and other skills were enhanced as well (90%).Conclusion By employing SimMan integrated experiment set and improving teaching mode, students'skills and comprehensive abilities can be improved.
