应用长玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯(LGFRPP)材料以模压成型工艺开发某车型底护板,从工艺制度确立、模具设计、力学性能检测三个方面系统研究轿车底护板的模压成型工艺.采用的工艺方案为:热板接触式预热,预热温度为215℃,预热时间为18 min,压力为5 MPa,并对合模速度进行分段控制,保压时间为3 min.在该工艺条件下试制得到的轿车底护板力学性能较优,质量较轻,满足轻量化要求.
應用長玻璃纖維增彊聚丙烯(LGFRPP)材料以模壓成型工藝開髮某車型底護闆,從工藝製度確立、模具設計、力學性能檢測三箇方麵繫統研究轎車底護闆的模壓成型工藝.採用的工藝方案為:熱闆接觸式預熱,預熱溫度為215℃,預熱時間為18 min,壓力為5 MPa,併對閤模速度進行分段控製,保壓時間為3 min.在該工藝條件下試製得到的轎車底護闆力學性能較優,質量較輕,滿足輕量化要求.

The molding process of applying LGFRPP into vehicle fender was systematically studied including process plan,mold design and mechanical performance tests.The optimum process plan was obtained as follows:contact heating,preheating temperature of 215℃,preheating time of 18 min,molding pressure of 5 MPa,changing closing speed and pressure holding time of 3 min.The developed fender has good mechanical properties and can meet the requirement of lightweight.
