目的 观察孟鲁司特治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果.方法 选取收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘80例,在所有患者和家属同意的基础上,将患者均分为观察组和对照组(n=40).对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用孟鲁司特治疗,观察2组患者治疗效果及不良反应发生情况.结果 观察组治疗总有效率为97.5%,明显高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患儿均未发生肝肾功能损害、心悸水肿等严重不良反应而被迫停药现象,2组不良反应发生率均较低,差异无统计学意义.结论 孟鲁司特治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘临床效果显著,不良反应较少,为临床用药提供一种新的选择.

Objective Observe the meng LuSi clinical effect of treatment of cough variant asthma.Methods select cough variant asthma of 80 cases admitted,on the basis of all the patients and family members,patients can be divided into observation group 40 cases and control group 40 cases.Control group given conventional treatment,the observation group on the basis of conventional treatmentcombined with meng LuSi treatment,observation of two groups of patients with therapeutic effect and adverse reactions occur.Results Treatment the total effective rate was 97.5%,the observation group was obviously higher than that of control group 80.0%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Two groups of children have not occurred serious adverse reactions such as liver and kidney function damage,heart palpitations,edema and forced withdrawal phenomenon,two groups have a lower incidence of adverse reactions,there was no statistically significant difference.Conclusion The treatment of cough variant asthma with montelukast was significant and adverse reaction was low.It is a new choice for clinical medication.
