采用不饱和树脂与中空夹芯织物进行复合制备中空夹芯织物预浸料,研究中空夹芯织物预浸料的制备工艺,并对中空夹芯织物预浸料的站立性、中空复合材料的力学性能、电性能进行表征.结果表明,高度为3 mm的中空夹芯织物预浸料的树脂含量为50%时站立性最好,预浸料固化后中空复合材料的拉伸强度达40.04 MPa,压缩强度达6.63 MPa,介电常数为1.9,损耗角正切值为0.006.
採用不飽和樹脂與中空夾芯織物進行複閤製備中空夾芯織物預浸料,研究中空夾芯織物預浸料的製備工藝,併對中空夾芯織物預浸料的站立性、中空複閤材料的力學性能、電性能進行錶徵.結果錶明,高度為3 mm的中空夾芯織物預浸料的樹脂含量為50%時站立性最好,預浸料固化後中空複閤材料的拉伸彊度達40.04 MPa,壓縮彊度達6.63 MPa,介電常數為1.9,損耗角正切值為0.006.

The hollow sandwich fabric prepreg was prepared with unsaturated resin and hollow sandwich fabric.The preparation technology of the prepreg was researched,and the standing performance of the prepreg,mechanical property and electrical property of the hollow sandwich composite were detected.The results show that the standing performance is best when the resin content with 50% of the prepreg of 3 mm height,and tensile strength of the hollow sandwich composite reaches 40.04 MPa,and compressive strength reaches 6.63 MPa,dielectric constant and loss angle tangent is 1.9 and 0.006 respectively.
