在前期研究聚吡咯(PPy)铝电解电容器初始性能的基础上,针对PPy铝电解电容器在长期使用过程中电性能的改善与稳定的需求,研究聚乙烯醇(PVAL)牌号及其添加量对PPy铝电解电容器性能的影响.结果表明,在制备PPy层的化学聚合溶液中添加占吡咯单体质量分数5%的PVAL05–88,能够使得PPy铝电解电容器的初始电性能和耐压值都得到较大改善.
在前期研究聚吡咯(PPy)鋁電解電容器初始性能的基礎上,針對PPy鋁電解電容器在長期使用過程中電性能的改善與穩定的需求,研究聚乙烯醇(PVAL)牌號及其添加量對PPy鋁電解電容器性能的影響.結果錶明,在製備PPy層的化學聚閤溶液中添加佔吡咯單體質量分數5%的PVAL05–88,能夠使得PPy鋁電解電容器的初始電性能和耐壓值都得到較大改善.

On the basis of the study on the initial performance of polypyrrole(PPy) aluminum electrolytic capacitors in the early stage,in order to improve the electrical properties and meet the demand for stability of PPy aluminum electrolytic capacitors in long-term use,effect of PVAL on the properties of PPy aluminum electrolytic capacitors was investigated.The results show that adding PVAL05–88 of 5% of pyrrole in chemical polymerization solutions for preparing PPy improves the initial electrical performance and withstanding voltage of the capacitors.
