目的:分析罗哌卡因复合地佐辛对臂丛神经阻滞麻醉效果的影响。方法选择我院收治的行单侧上肢手术患者92例,所有患者均行臂丛神经阻滞麻醉,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组两组,每组46例,对照组给予罗哌卡因麻醉,观察组给予罗哌卡因复合地佐辛麻醉。结果观察组麻醉起效时间、阻滞持续时间及镇痛持续时间显著长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组麻醉前30 min 和术中2 h 的 MBP、 SpO2及 HR,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术中2 h 的 MBP、 SpO2及 HR,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组未出现不良反应,明显低于对照组的19.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论罗哌卡因复合地佐辛对臂丛神经阻滞麻醉,麻醉效果好、患者的呼吸循环稳定,无明显不良反应。

목적:분석라고잡인복합지좌신대비총신경조체마취효과적영향。방법선택아원수치적행단측상지수술환자92례,소유환자균행비총신경조체마취,안조수궤수자표법분위관찰조화대조조량조,매조46례,대조조급여라고잡인마취,관찰조급여라고잡인복합지좌신마취。결과관찰조마취기효시간、조체지속시간급진통지속시간현저장우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);관찰조마취전30 min 화술중2 h 적 MBP、 SpO2급 HR,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);관찰조술중2 h 적 MBP、 SpO2급 HR,여대조조상비,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);관찰조미출현불량반응,명현저우대조조적19.75%,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론라고잡인복합지좌신대비총신경조체마취,마취효과호、환자적호흡순배은정,무명현불량반응。
Objective To analyze the anesthetic effect of ropivacaine combined with dezocine on brachial plexus block.Methods 92 cases with unilateral upper limb operation in our hospital were retrospectively collected.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given ropivacaine anesthesia, while the observation group was given ropivacaine combined with dezocine anesthesia.Results The onset time of anesthesia, anesthesia duration and the duration of analgesia of the observation group was significantly longer than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).MBP, SpO2 and HR 30min before anesthesia and intraoperative 2 h of the observation group were not significantly different (P>0.05).Compared with the control group, BP, SpO2 and HR 2h after operation in the observation group was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no adverse reaction in the observation group, significantly lower than that of the control group (19.75%), with statistically significant differnece (P<0.05).Conclusion The anesthesia effect of ropivacaine combined with dezocine on bra-chial plexus block is good, and the patient's respiratory cycle is stable, with no obvious adverse reaction.
