目的:优选用于膝骨关节炎的膝骨痹康袋泡熏洗剂的提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)的正交试验法,利用高效液相色谱法和紫外分光光度法分别测定柚皮苷和乌头碱的含量,并以干膏得率、柚皮苷含量和乌头碱含量的加权综合评分作为工艺筛选的评价指标,考察膝骨痹康袋泡熏洗剂制剂的水提取加水量、煎煮时间和提取次数对提取工艺的影响,确定膝骨痹康袋泡熏洗剂的最优提取工艺。结果:膝骨痹康袋泡熏洗剂最优提取工艺为15倍加水量,煎煮3次,每次1 h,验证3批所得样品平均的干膏得率、柚皮苷含量和乌头碱含量分别为20.73%、102.5 mg、22.4 mg,与正交试验结果相符,达到优化效果。结论:优选的提取工艺简便、稳定、重复性好,可用于膝骨痹康袋泡熏洗剂的工业化生产,为该制剂的进一步研究奠定良好的基础。

Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Bagged Xigubikang for Fumigating and Washing.Methods:L9(34) orthogonal test method,high performance liquid chromatography and ultraviolet spectrophotometry were used to determine the contents of naringin and aconitine,and the rate of dry extract and the weighted scores of the contents of naringin and aconitine were used as evaluation index for screening process in order to study the effect of amount of water,decoction time and times of extraction on extraction technology and to optimize the extraction process of Bagged Xigubikang for Fumigating and Washing.Results:The optimal extraction process of Bagged Xigubikang for Fumigating and Washing was to add 15 times of water and decoct for 3 times,1 h each time.It was veriifed that the average rate of dry extract and the contents of naringin and aconitine of the 3 batches of samples were respectively 20.73%,102.5 mg and 22.4 mg,which was consistent to the orthogo-nal test result.Conclusion:The optimized extraction process is simple,stable and reproducible and can be used for the industrial production.It is a good foundation for further research.
