目的：探究动态 B 超诊断老年人急性胰腺炎的临床价值。方法本研究选取2013年4月至2014年4月于我院进行诊治的老年急性胰腺炎患者50例，随机将患者分为两组，动态 B 超组和常规 B 超组，各25例，比较观察胰腺的大小、形态、边界、内部回声变化及其与周围的解剖关系。结果动态组共检出水肿型急性胰腺炎18例，敏感性为94．74％，检出坏死型急性胰腺炎5例，敏感性为80％．常规组共检出水肿型急性胰腺炎11例，敏感性为73．33％，检出坏死型急性胰腺炎7例，敏感性为70％，两组患者对两组类型急性胰腺炎的诊断准确度比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论动态 B 超诊断老年急性胰腺炎准确度较高，可在临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical value of dynamic B-mode ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis in elder-ly patients.Methods 50 cases of elderly patients with acute pancreatitis treated in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, dynamic B-mode ultrasound group and conventional B-mode ultrasound group, with 25 cases in each group.The size, shape, boundary, internal echo change, anatomic relationship with the surroundings of the pancre-as were observed and compared.Results In the dynamic B-mode ultrasound group, 18 cases of acute edematous pancreatitis were detected with a sensitivity of 94.74%, and 5 cases of acute necrotizing pancreatitis with a sensibility of 80%.In the other group, 11 cases of acute edematous pancreatitis were identified with a sensitivity of 73.33%, and 7 cases of acute necrotizing pancreatitis with a sensitivity of 70%.The difference in the diagnostic accuracy of the two types of acute pancreatitis between the two groups was statisti-cally significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The dynamic B-mode ultrasound shows a high accuracy in the diagnosis of acute pancreati-tis in the elders, and it is worthy promoting.
