目的：探讨针刺配合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法：将70例患者分为治疗组及对照组，对照组采用腰椎牵引及 Maitland 手法治疗，治疗组则使用腰椎牵引、针刺及推拿疗法。分别在治疗前及治疗20次后采用视觉模拟评分法和 Oswestry 功能障碍指数量表进行评定。结果：2组治疗后的疼痛评分及功能障碍指数均较治疗前明显改善（P ＜0．01）；治疗组与对照组相比有明显差异（P ＜0．01）。结论：针刺配合推拿能明显缓解腰椎间盘突出症患者的疼痛并改善其日常活动、社会活动能力，疗效优于 Maitland 手法。
목적：탐토침자배합추나치료요추간반돌출증적림상효과。방법：장70례환자분위치료조급대조조，대조조채용요추견인급 Maitland 수법치료，치료조칙사용요추견인、침자급추나요법。분별재치료전급치료20차후채용시각모의평분법화 Oswestry 공능장애지수량표진행평정。결과：2조치료후적동통평분급공능장애지수균교치료전명현개선（P ＜0．01）；치료조여대조조상비유명현차이（P ＜0．01）。결론：침자배합추나능명현완해요추간반돌출증환자적동통병개선기일상활동、사회활동능력，료효우우 Maitland 수법。
Objective :To observe the effects of acupuncture combined with Tui Na for treatment of lumbar disc herniation .Methods :Seventy patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups .The treatment group was treated by lumbar traction 、Tui Na and acupuncture .The control group was treated by lumbar traction and Maitland technique .Visual analogous scales as well as Oswestry disability index were used to assess the patients before treatment and after 20 times .Results :Both groups showed statistically significant differences in pain relief and quality improving of daily living as well as social activities .The improvement in the treatment group was more significant than the control group .Conclusion :Acupuncture combined with Tui Na can significantly improve the therapeutic effects of lumbar disc herniation .
